Terms of Use
Last updated: August 8, 2026
Project estimates
Website estimates are preliminary, non-binding ranges based on the information provided. Final scope, delivery dates, and pricing require review and written agreement.
Website submissions
You agree to provide accurate information and not misuse the website, forms, APIs, or services. Submitting a request does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed.
External services
Links to third-party services, including shipment tracking, are provided for convenience. Their availability, content, and use are governed by the relevant provider's terms and privacy policy.
Intellectual property
Website content and branding belong to LegoTechApps or their respective owners. Project ownership and licensing are defined in the relevant written project agreement.
AI-generated content (Auto Articles)
What you own. Articles and images generated for you through Auto Articles are yours. You may publish, edit, sell or reuse them commercially, on any site you control. LegoTechApps claims no rights over them, and the AI providers we use assign the rights in their output to the customer.
What we cannot promise. Material with no human author generally cannot be registered for copyright, so you may be unable to prevent others republishing an article you have not edited. AI output is not guaranteed to be unique, accurate or free of similarity to existing work. Check anything you rely on commercially, and verify facts before publishing.
You are the publisher. You decide what goes live on your site and are responsible for it — its accuracy, any claims it makes, third-party rights, and any legal duty to disclose that content was generated by AI. Where the law requires such a disclosure, it is yours to make; the tools to add one are provided in the dashboard.
No ranking or traffic guarantee. Search rankings and traffic depend on search engines, your competitors and your own website, none of which we control. Auto Articles publishes content on a schedule; it does not guarantee any position, impression, click or sale, and no such outcome is warranted or refundable.
Availability
We may update or suspend website features without notice. Services are provided subject to a separate written agreement where applicable.
QR codes & scan analytics
If you create QR codes or short links through LegoTechApps, each scan is logged and shown to you, including the scanner's IP address, the approximate location and network details derived from it, and device information — the Privacy Policy lists exactly what is recorded. You are responsible for using this data lawfully: for having a lawful basis to collect it, for telling people what you collect where the law requires it, and for honouring their requests about it. Do not use scan data to identify individuals, to make decisions that significantly affect them, or for any purpose the person scanning would not reasonably expect. You can permanently delete a code's scan history at any time from its analytics screen. Locations are estimated from IP addresses, are not precise, and should not be relied on as proof of anyone's whereabouts.
Retired QR codes
If you remove a QR code it stops working and moves to your Removed list, keeping its scan history so you can restore it. A code left removed for 30 days may be claimed by another person who scans it. If that happens we notify you and you have 7 days to keep the code, during which nothing changes; only if you do not respond does it transfer, and its scan history is deleted rather than passed on. Delete a code permanently if you never want it claimed.
Lead agent
What it does not do. The lead agent does not log in to your Facebook, Instagram or TikTok accounts, and it cannot comment or send messages on other people's posts there. None of your passwords is stored or used. Those platforms provide no way to do it; tools that do it anyway get the account banned. We do not offer that, and you should not expect it.
You are the sender. Except in Telegram groups you have switched on yourself, the agent only writes a draft. Nothing leaves until you press send, and what you send goes out under your own name, from your own account. You are responsible for its content and for the consequences of sending it, exactly as you would be for a message you typed yourself. Read a draft before you send it.
Telegram groups. The agent reads only groups you have put your own bot into, and replies only in the ones you switch on. Make sure you are permitted to be there and to promote your business there — many groups forbid it, and their administrators can remove you or your bot. That is between you and the group. We apply a daily message limit and a per-group cooldown, but those are safety limits, not permission: judging whether a reply is welcome remains yours.
Scores are estimates. The 0-100 score, the reason beside it and every drafted reply are produced by an AI. They can be wrong, can miss a good lead and can misjudge a bad one. Nothing here is a guarantee of accuracy, of any lead being genuine, or of any sale.
What it costs. Reading and scoring a message, and writing a reply, each consume AI credit from your balance at the rates shown in Billing. The limits you set — the daily message cap, and any search budget — are enforced: the agent stops rather than exceed them.
Other people's data. Leads contain the public words of people who are not our customers. Handle them as you would any personal data in your care: use them to answer what that person asked for, and for nothing else. Do not use the lead list to send bulk marketing to people who never contacted you. Our Privacy Policy sets out what is stored and how someone can ask to be removed, and we may remove a lead at their request. Using this feature to send unsolicited bulk messages breaches these terms and is grounds for closing the account.
Free trial and welcome balance
A new account receives a free trial period and a one-off welcome balance of AI credit. Both are offered once per person, not once per email address. Creating additional accounts to collect the welcome balance again — including by deleting an account and signing up afresh, or by using variations of the same mailbox — is a misuse of the offer.
To enforce this we keep a one-way fingerprint of addresses that have already received a welcome balance, described in our Privacy Policy, and we may withhold the welcome balance from an account that appears to be a repeat claim. The account itself still works: only the free credit is affected, and if we get it wrong you can ask us and we will release it. We may also limit how much of a welcome balance can be spent per day, and may withdraw or change the offer at any time. Credit you have paid for is never affected by any of this.
Closing your account
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Deletion takes effect in two stages: the account is closed and switched off immediately, and the data is permanently destroyed 30 days later. During those 30 days you can restore the account yourself by logging in — after them, nobody can, including us.
Closing the account cancels any active subscription at that moment; we do not refund the current period, and unused token credits are forfeited unless you restore the account within the 30 days. Invoices you issued through the service are retained as anonymised tax records, with all personal details permanently removed, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may also close an account that is used to send unsolicited messages, to abuse the AI features, or in breach of these terms. Where we do, we will tell you at the email address on the account.
